Please wear comfortable clothings and Sports Shoes are recommended. 

Bring along a towel and water / sports drinks.  

We do have drinks for sale ($1 for mineral bottle, $1.5 for a bottle of H2O)

    Im a beginner, do you start from the beginning or do you just do the steps and we have to catch up?

      Hi Kamini,

      Usually we will just do the steps, but we will try to give some cues as much as possible to signal you what the next move is going to be. It is common for most people to take 5 to 10 classes to get the hang of it. So don’t get too concerned if there are some steps that you couldn’t catch in the first few classes. Most importantly, Zumba is about keeping your body moving, have a great workout and enjoy yourself. So if you cannot catch the steps, just anyhow dance. There is no wrong moves in Zumba (expect those that will get you injured). Just let your hair down and have fun!

      Every class is a new class. It is not like a dance class where there is some sort of continuation. So you can join in any classes, any time.

      Anyway, if you prefer to start off slow, there is Zumba Gold on Thursday morning and Fiesta Suave on Wed evening at our Waterloo Studio. Fiesta Suave is our in-house program, similar to Zumba Gold which is a slower and less intense form of Zumba.
