In 2009 I started practicing Yoga as a supplement to dance trainings to increase flexibility. I discovered that yoga was more than just holding a pose like a pretzel. I fell in love with the practice during my first pregnancy 5 years ago. It allowed me to maintain my flexibility and strength without risking injury. 
Yoga is accessible for all ages and fitness levels and I can't wait to share that energy.
