Hatha Yoga - Hatha Yoga comprises of yoga asanas (postures), where physical control is exercised and this enhances an individual’s mental control over themselves. Through balancing and strengthening asanas (postures), the individual learns to breath better – unleashing prana (vital energy) and relaxation. This brings much needed relief to the hectic office worker’s life and the weekend warrior’s muscular tightness.

Yoga for Core - A dynamic class for core stabilisation. Abdominal strengthening poses and breathing exercises will help to build the connection between upper body and lower body. Focus will be on strength & stability in & around the abdomen & spine.

 Boot Camp Fitness - Challenge your body with different exercises every week. This Boot Camp Fitness Class compromises of both cardio vascular and muscle conditioning workout, giving you a total body workout!
FatBurn Extreme - FatBurn Extreme is a short 20 mins workout, created based on the latest science research that has proven to burn fat effectively. Formulated with a carefully structured, scientific approach, the Fatburn Extreme system has been designed to optimise the principles of ‘overload’; the process by which the neuromuscular system adapts to unaccustomed loads or stressors. The workout protocol has been designed to develop quality lean muscle tissue whilst catabolising visceral fat stores. Beginner Hip HopThis class is all about beginners who want to build a solid foundation in Hip Hop dance. Students will be exposed to various old/middle/new school techniques and simple groove methods, breaking everything down from basic counts and rhythms to party moves from the Hip Hop dictionary. The aim is to help everyone discover the Hip Hop dancer in each of them that is uniquely them.

Jazz dance  combines techniques of ballet and modern dance. This class takes on different characteristics and styles which includes contemporary and lyrical jazz. This style features movements that are expressive while highlighting technique and strength. Each session will start off with warm-ups and basic contemporary dance techniques to prepare and engage the muscles for movement. A short choreography will be taught during each class
